This spectacular imported PRE stallion is truly the ultimate package. His color (Ee Aa Cr/Prl nd1/nd1) means he can throw every dilute color combination including palomino, buckskin, smokey black, cremello, perlino, smokey cream, palomino pearl, buckskin pearl, smokey cream pearl, as well as the elusive double pearl (Isabella). His excellent build earned him comments from the judges at his revision on how beautiful and typey he is, with special consideration for his striking face.... (read more) His movement is straight and correct with lots of exuberance, he has three natural very correct gaits and extraordinary natural balance. His temperament is incredibly calm, while still having lots of brio when asked to turn it on. He lives alongside mares and other stallions with no problems at all, shared pastures with geldings, never needs a stud chain (including for breeding) and can be handled by children. His sweet puppy dog personality makes him a barn favorite wherever he goes, and his desire to connect makes him incredibly easy to train. He is a liberty superstar, who’s favorite tricks are Spanish walk and Spanish trot, and is currently starting under saddle work and proving to be as easy in this new adventure as it has been to train everything else with him. This young stallion has a bright future, expected to excel in the dressage and WE spotlight.

Lancero is offered at stud to both purebred PRE mares ($1200 plus $250 booking fee) and outside breeds ($1000 plus $250 booking fee), with special incentive discounts offered for colorful mares (please contact for more info on incentive programs). Foals from outside breeds will be eligible for registry with IALHA as Half-Andalusian. Purebred foals will be eligible for registration with ANNCE and IALHA. Fresh cooled shipped anywhere in the US, or Live Cover available in the Los Angeles area. Excellent motility, ships well. LFG. Breeding season through July.
