We had a large book in 2024 for his 2nd year standing at stud and are so thankful for all of our mare owners who are making our dreams come true. We could not be more excited for the 2025 season!

Flashy Chelsey was a winner of over $300k at the track in 41 starts and retired as a six year old.... (read more) He had two years off and was restarted when he was eight. He has since being teaching lessons, jumping up to 1.20 courses and 1.40 in the jump chute. After a strenuous career at the track and staying in hard work here at the farm, he still has perfect radiographs and flexions at 12 years old with no arthritis whatsoever. Chelsey has never been lame. Chelsey has fantastic form over fences and has a nice round bascule. To top it all off, he has a great disposition and is full of personality. Chelsey is 16h with a stocky build. He is a great candidate for breeding show jumpers, dressage horses, and hunter/equitation mounts. He scored very high at his Westfalen inspection for his walk, trot, and canter and scored significantly well at his Oldenburg NA inspection in both the dressage suitability section as well as the jumping. He would be a great choice for mares who have a weaker canter and/or trot. Chelsey can also add athleticism as he is super agile and can jump from any distance. Chelsey is fantastic at dressage and has a nice soft mouth and beautiful movement. Great choice for either sport or performance.

Chelsey’s foals all boast a very calm and brave disposition and have all been Conformationally correct and full of chrome! ? We have plenty of pictures of his foals out of warmblood mares, quarter horse mares, and thoroughbred mares bred for sport so far. In 2025 we are expecting to add foals out of Connemara mares and some draft crosses as well to broaden our horizons.
