Caspian is a handsome Faux Friesian stallion, registered with Friesian Hertiage Horse and Sporthorse International. He is 98.5% Friesian and 1.5% Dutch Warmblood. He will still grow for a couple more years, but he will not be a big, heavy Friesian, he is more athletic while still having the beautiful Friesian look and movement. He will finish out around 15.1/15.2 hh. We are offering him at stud to a limited number of mares this season. He is negative for dwarfism and hydrocephalus.... (read more) His mother is a gorgeous barock pinto, and his sire is full Friesian (they are the last 2 pictures). Both parents carry the red gene, and his mother is a tobiano, so you could really get some interesting colors if you were cross breeding him to a mare with color. Caspian has a wonderful, puppy dog disposition, just like his mother. He has been started with his drive training, and will be started under saddle this spring.
