Could be for a couple of reasons. You'll need to have at least a Premium Photo Ad for the pedigree feature to be included. Also, your horse needs to be either in the AllbreedPedigree.com or PedigreeQuery.com database. If those two conditions are met, and if you created your ad before the pedigree was in the database at AllBreedPedigree.com or Pedigreequery.com, it may not be connected to the ad yet. You need to login to your Ad Management area, edit the ad, and where it says "Pedigree Not on File", click the "search" button to bring up the pedigree. You should see the details pop up and can save the ad. After that the pedigree will show up. The two need to be connected for the pedigree to show up. There is also more help on pedigrees here.
